Weaving Fala is a grassroots nonprofit based in Lebanon, Oregon, where culture, community, and opportunity come together.
We create spaces where people can connect, share their stories, and work toward a future where everyone belongs.
Our work is rooted in three pillars that guide everything we do: Equity, Culture, and Safety & Belonging. These pillars shape how we design our programs, build relationships, and create opportunities for our community to thrive.
From early learning programs for little ones, to cultural activities that bring neighbors together, to leadership opportunities for youth, and support for families navigating school and community systems, we are here to make sure every voice is valued and every person feels at home. We also help local entrepreneurs grow their ideas into thriving businesses that honor their culture and serve their community.
Every program, event, and conversation we host is shaped by the people who join us. Together, we are weaving stronger relationships and building a community where everyone has a place and a voice.
